360PeopleForce provides human capital management software for HR, payroll, attendance and workforce operations. This notice covers the 360peopleforce.com website only. Customer data processed inside the 360PeopleForce platform is governed by the agreement with each customer.

When you request a demo we collect the details you enter in the form, such as your name, email, company, number of employees and your message. The form is delivered to our sales inbox through FormSubmit, an email forwarding service.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive the information you share in that conversation.

We use this information to respond to you, arrange demos, and send you information about 360PeopleForce that you asked for.

Our own analytics record the pages you visit, the referring page, your browser and device type, language, time zone, screen size, IP address and approximate location derived from it. We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

We use the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. It records page views and actions such as viewing product pages, contacting us on WhatsApp and submitting the demo form. Meta may combine this with information it holds about you under its own privacy policy.

Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your browser so the site remembers it.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you, such as our hosting, email forwarding and advertising measurement providers, or where the law requires it.

We keep demo request and contact details for as long as needed to follow up with you and manage our relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you gave us by emailing info@360peopleforce.com.

You can limit advertising tracking through your Facebook ad preferences, your browser settings, or by blocking third-party cookies.
